Who we are

This privacy policy covers Legends Burgers (“we”, “us”) and this website. We run two restaurants: 8775 Base Line Rd, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, and 1645 N Mountain Ave, Upland, CA 91784.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• E-Club sign-up (home page): your email address, your name and the location you pick.
• Job applications (Careers page): your name, phone number, email address, the position and location you’re applying for, your availability and anything you tell us about yourself.
• Feedback form (Locations & contact page): your name, email address, the location and your message.

Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, sent to our team by email, and saved in our customer management system so the right restaurant can follow up.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how the site performs. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information such as your browser type and approximate location. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses and request times, for security and to keep the site running.

Ordering online

Our “Order online” buttons take you to DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats. When you order there, their own privacy policies apply to the information you give them.

How we use your information

• To read and respond to your feedback.
• To review job applications.
• If you join the E-Club, to email you Legends news and offers.
• To improve this website and prevent spam and abuse.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this website work: Netlify (hosting and forms), Google (analytics), and the company that manages our website and customer records.

Your choices

• Every form is optional. You can always call or visit either restaurant instead.
• To leave the E-Club, or to ask what information we have about you or to delete it, call either restaurant.
• California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), you have rights to access, delete, and opt out of the “sale” of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, call either restaurant.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the most recent change.
